The Primal Diet and Lifestyle transformed my life from one of debilitating pain to that of vitality and optimum health. Now, it just seems right to help others do the same in a fully holistic way.
I'm Scorpio Sun, Virgo Rising and Gemini Moon, and by that, you know that I'm passionate about the esoteric crafts. During a Coaching program, I may share wisdom from the Tarot, guided meditations and suggestions for rituals. As well as Health Coaching, I lead Circles and Creative Workshops for women. I taught yoga in a Drug and Alcohol Rehab Community for young men from 2009 to 2019, and had my own studio, but now my spiritual practice is less about yoga and more about nature. My husband, Fiorenzo, and I married in 2019. We're joyfully childless, and we have a mini schnauzer, Roxy. My Coaching program, The Paleo Reset 31, includes Daily Motivation, Education, Videos, my recipe book... essentially, all you need to succeed.
