My Name is Brandon and I go by The Highway Health Coach and I am certified nutritional health and wellness coach through Primal Health Institute and also currently certified through the Nutrition Network with Cancer as a metabolic disease and also Mastering Metabolic Metrics. I am a full time, over the road truck driver and have been for the past 13 years. My goal is help those in the transportation industry change their lives around and not expire while over the road or at the very least, not fear expiring away from their friends and loved ones. That’s what pushed me to get myself healthy and if I can do it behind the wheel, THEN SO CAN YOU! I believe you can do it if you want it bad enough. I also am willing to help anyone outside of the transportation industry because everyone deserve to be and feel optimal!
