As a Nutritionist and an Advanced Coaching Expert, (ACE), my passion lies in health, fitness, & overall wellness. With over two decades of experience as a nutritional consultant, I have faced and triumphed over challenges such as PTSD, consuming more than 20 prescribed medications at one time and being classified morbid obese. My journey has seen me excel as a natural bodybuilder, while also navigating the barriers of excessive weight gain and a dependence on prescribed medications. As a partner of Sunrise Wellness & Counseling, I specialize in managing and possibly reversing Type 2 Diabetes, obesity, and weight loss.
