I'm a Coaching Psychologist (MSc) and a holistic life coach PHC. I work with women who want to learn how to create sustainable health changes without the stress and craziness of traditional dieting techniques. My mission is to encourage women to take their health into their own hands, using nutrition, mindfulness, and positive psychology interventions as tools to build a healthy mind and body. I believe that even in a hectic modern world, health and wellbeing are well within reach.
