Throughout my life as a Running & Primal Health Coach I've had the pleasure of working with a broad clientele, ranging from world class athletes, obese diabetics, the mother of two living next door to corporate groups. I love being my clients' advocate in reaching their personal goals whether it is to lose weight, get healthy and off lifelong medication, to de-stress or simply embrace every day with the long lost joy of a child.
