ABOUT ME
I found the Primal Blueprint in 2011 after I found a picture of myself and I did not like what I saw. I needed to find something. I have a biological sciences background and everything in the book made perfect sense. I changed my diet and over 6 years later I am in the best shape of my life and became a Primal Health Coach. I mainly wanted to be able to share more effectively my path to success. This combined with my Master's degree in Exercise Science and Health Promotions gave me the strong background to help others change their lifestyles.
